Primolut N is a hormonal medication containing Norethisterone (5mg), a potent synthetic progestogen. It mimics the effects of the natural female hormone progesterone to stabilize the uterine lining and regulate the menstrual cycle.

Primary Indications:

• Menstrual Disorders: Treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, heavy periods (menorrhagia), and painful cycles (dysmenorrhea).

• Endometriosis: Management of uterine-like tissue growth outside the womb.
